A shining example of downtown mixed use development, 88 Webster Street was transformed in a 2013 renovation project that included a $125,000 LCDC investment.
The renovations included a first-class loft apartment on the second floor and beautiful retail space now home to Martinsville Soapworks, a local artisan business that also celebrates North Tonawanda's rich history.
